1. Go to MY BETS.
2. Select your pending ticket.
3. Click Cash Out.

The money goes straight back into your balance.

What You Need to Know

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older. 
• Once you Cash Out, the payout is final. Later match results won’t change the amount.
• The amount offered depends on several factors, including:
  • When the ticket was placed
  • The amount you wagered
  • The number and odds of matches on your ticket
  • Whether matches are yet to start, in play, or already won
• Cash Out requests may be declined in some cases; such as match status or technical issues.
• After a Cash Out is accepted, it can’t be cancelled or reversed.
• If a technical problem or obvious error occurs, payouts may be suspended.
